Top text block edge dusty, all edges starting to tan; small stain on fore edge. Endpapers and prelims starting to fox and tan. Recipes written in pen writing on endpapers. Crease at bottom corner of front free endpaper and half-title page. Some occasional mild staining else internally generally neat and tidy.</p>
