Undated but circa 1915. 192pp, with colour plate frontispiece and further colour plate illustrations, all by BGS. In green cloth-covered boards. 12mo. Cloth marked and soiled, rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Upper text block edge a little toned. Some spotting and staining on first and last few leaves, some minor bookworm damage on endpapers only. A collection of narrative pieces on great sailors of the past, including Henry the Navigator, aimed at younger readers.
