Boards moderately soiled and stained. Spine moderately soiled and stained, edges worn, 6cm split in cloth at spine head and front joint, ends heavily rubbed with cloth worn through. Edges lightly worn, corners heavily rubbed with cloth worn through. Text block edges tanned, top and fore-edge lightly soiled. Previous owner's details on front free endpaper (dated Christmas '85), bookseller's embossed stamp on rear free endpaper, endpapers moderately worn and lightly soiled. Front hinge cracked and stretched, rear hinge cracking at top. Closed tear on page 49/50. Occasional light soiling throughout. Previous owner's art loosely laid in.</p>
