212pp. Red cloth boards ( a little worn at edges, rounded on corners and spine ends, a few mild marks). Library lending sheet on front endpaper, no other library marks, else internally neat and clean barring very minor spotting. In its original dust jacket (lightly chapped at edges, rubbed at corners and on folds, sunned spine, shelf wear especially on verso). Dust jacket now in archival-quality mylar wrapper to protect & prolong the life of the jacket. It is not adhered to the book or to the dust jacket. A steamer sinks. Some of its surviving passengers are marooned, forming Capricorn Colony.
