📖 Description
Undated but circa 1935. In card covers. 24pp, plus two large concertinaed fold-outs, with colour illustrations throughout. Oblong 24mo. Covers rubbed and discoloured at edges, lightly bumped at corners, a few mild marks and nicks. Staples oxidized. Some browning at edges of inside covers, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A compliments slip, with price list on reverse, from the Emu Wine Company loosely laid in. The Emu Wine Company dates its history to Patrick Auld who founded a London company to import wine from Australia to England in 1862. It was bought out in the 1970s and is now a party of Hardy's. A lovely vintage booklet with charming period illustrations.
