100 Years of the Singapore Fire Service

viii, 138pp with many illustrations in text, mostly monochrome.  In cream cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering front and spine.  Square 8vo.  Cloth a little brushed at corners and spine tips, some minor speckling along front joint.  Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original laminated, illustrated dust jacket, lightly rubbed on corners and spine ends, mildly bumped along upper rear edge.  A history of the Singapore Fire Service from its earliest beginnings, through its development under Japanese rule and the war years, and to the modernisation of the Brigade in the latter part of the 20th century.
