<p>First edition, first impression.  vi, 454pp.  In blue cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on spine.  Decorated endpapers.  Signed by the author on the title page.  8vo.  Cloth a little rounded at spine ends.  Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.  In its original dust jacket, very slightly bruised along upper edge and at spine base.  Dust wrapper now protected in an archival-quality Mylar wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
