<p>First edition, fourth printing.  vi, 232, [2]pp, with colour plate frontispiece and further line drawings in text.  In red cloth-covered boards with black lettering front and spine.  12mo.  Cloth a little rubbed and faded at corners and spine tips, minor indentation on lower edge.  Text block edges a little dust darkened.
