<p>First ed, first imp.  236, [4]pp, with colour plate frontispiece and line drawings in text.  In blue cloth-covered boards with deep blue lettering on spine.  12mo.  Cloth gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, two small white marks a base of spine.
