<p>Third edition (enlarged and corrected from earlier editions).  xxiv, 848pp, plus one small section on colour plate illustrations.  In brown cloth boards, DHL's initials blind embossed on front panel, gilt titles on red relief on spine.  8vo.  Very slightly rubbed at corners, a little rolled at spine ends.
