<p>vi, xviii, 466pp, tissue-guarded frontispiece and numerous further black and white illustrations in text.  Black endpapers.  In red cloth-covered board with black lettering and decorations.  12mo.  Dark patch on front panel, cloth a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, slightly cocked.  Minor crack at base of gutter ahead of supplement else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.</p>
