Sun-faded top edges and spine area, small tear in cloth at front joint, rubbed top corners and spine ends, spine head has small tear. Top text block edge colour fading, remaining edges starting to tan and fox. Pages starting to age. Otherwise internally neat, clean and tight.</p>
