<p>First edition.  xiv, 218pp.  Blue cloth-covered boards, gilt-stamped titles on spine.  8vo.  Cloth a little rubbed and bumped at edges, rounded at spine ends, a few mild marks.  Ex reference library with bookplate and stamp on front pastedown, small stamp on front free endpaper and title page, obliterated mark on title page, else internally neat and clean.  Dust jacket, in a poorly fitted plastic sleeve with has slightly compressed edges, a little faded.</p>
