Two privately printed booklets bound as one.  8pp; 12pp.  String bound into light card covers with manuscript titling.  8vo.  Covers rubbed, bumped and unevenly faded at edges and over spine.  Some toning to pages, especially title pages.  Previous owner's name neatly inked on both title pages.</p> <p>The first pamphlet sets out a 'way of living' with Arthritis, based on the author's 30 years of experience as a medical practitioner while the second, but the same author, describes his own experience with arthritis and thes strategies he developed to mitigate its effects.</p>
