Cream cloth covered boards with green lettering and block drawing of an aeroplane on front. Boards a little soiled and spotted, especially at edges, and a little rubbed at head and heel of spine. Elegant prize bookplate on front free endpaper showing the book was awarded to Michael John Beresford for good work in 1948 at Harrow High School by the then headmaster, Leslie J(?) Thompson. Brown mark in upper corner of front free endpaper, otherwise pages generally clean and fresh. Neat, square and tight.
