Undated but circa 1920.* Folded card, with four panels, illustrated, with six reproductions of coins referenced in the New Testament mounted on the third panel (card is lightly worn and mildly soiled, gently rubbed on fold and edges, the inside of the front cover bears some imprints from the coins mounted on the opposite page). With brief notes describing the coins, their history and references within the New Testament. The reproduction coins include s Simon Bar-Cochab Shekel, a Denarius of Emperor Tiberius and a Chalkous of Pontius Pilate. 24mo. *The address given for the publisher includes North Street in Brighton : the SPCK acquired this property around 1905 and vacated it in 1937. The booklet must then date from between 1905 and 1937.
