Internally neat, clean bright and tight. In its original dust jacket (lightly bumped on edges). 8vo. Kaye is perhaps best known for her first novel, The Far Pavilions, but this too is a minor classic providing a vivid image of its setting, Zanzibar, in a time gone by.
